Clean and well-kept rooms with very friendly staff (made us feel really welcome) and tasty breakfast options, featuring good coffee and fresh pastries. Convenient parking info was provided, making our trip easier.
Room and bathroom sizes were quite small for two people.

The staff at Casa Betania were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, facilitating an early check-in that I greatly appreciated. The room, though small, was clean with excellent quality towels. The location offered convenient access to public transport with a bus stop right outside. I found the quiet neighborhood pleasant, which ensured a good night's sleep. the breakfast left much to be desired. the limited variety didn't meet expectations, and I felt the pastries could be improved. the bathroom's small size was a drawback, and the shower enclosure seemed dated and difficult to clean. Some of the fittings in the room, like the balcony door, needed repairs, taking away from an otherwise nice stay.

good stay , but not quite central
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout without any hassle. The buffet breakfast offered a nice variety and was convenient to grab on the go. Our room was clean and featured a fridge, which was particularly useful during the warm June days. During my city strolls, I appreciated the local restaurants nearby that added to the culinary experience.
The location is not central and requires a bit of planning for transportation.

Staff were welcoming and the room was clean, featuring a mini-fridge and a balcony for added comfort. The location is quiet, with a bus stop just steps away for easy access to the city center. encountered serious cleanliness issues, including bedbugs that led to a very uncomfortable night and no response from staff when the problem was reported. Although the breakfast included granola, the experience was marred by the bug incident.

It was just a smart choice for a hurried visit in Pisa with good price-value balance. The continental breakfast had a nice variety, especially the yummy cheeses and fresh fruits. Try to catch bus 13 to the city center. it's convenient.

The room was decent and had all the basics covered. The bus stop nearby made getting to the center a breeze, even if I had to play taxi roulette after hours. Plus, allergy-friendly breakfast options were a thoughtful touch.
Oh, but the noise! I thought I was at a late-night concert, not trying to sleep. If only they let the corridor doors close, I might have heard nothing at all!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making everything smooth. Breakfast was small but quite decent, and I appreciated the plant-based drink options like soy and almond milk. There’s a grocery store nearby, just a short walk away.
